Questions
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Most smartphones can read NFC on their own. Customers just hold their phone near the placard and your page opens in their browser.
Does this stop unhappy customers from leaving Google reviews?
No, and it shouldn't. Every customer ends up at your Google review page. Customers who give 1 to 3 stars are simply asked to share what went wrong first, so you can fix it.
How do I change my menu or specials?
Text or email us the new menu photo or special. Up to 2 specials updates a month are included, and changes to your photos, phone number, or colors are always free.
How do I get started?
Fill out the short sign-up form with your business details and a couple of photos. We build your page, program your placards, and get them to you.
What happens if I cancel?
Your page is turned off and the placards show a "page isn't available" message. The placards are yours to keep, and if you come back within 6 months, there's no new setup fee.
